In honor of my first child's entry into the world, we are launching the website and blog!!! Talk about firsts.
Seven years ago today I was in the natural birthing ward in Jerusalem preparing to welcome my first born child into the world.
Though 90% of the information I was given about birth from well doers was incorrect, especially about the pain and the rushes, I made it through with flying colors and actually gave birth to my first child, a daughter standing up. Yes, you read correctly, I was standing up.
What an experience!! The joy was overwhelming and the tears streamed down my face. It was even more joyful due to the fact that three doctors, in three completely different locations had told me I would not be likely to have any children. So much for modern technology. For the record, I have three children, LOL.
The delivery was completely natural, calm and peaceful. An experience I would gladly repeat.
So with that we begin this journey with "the one". Here at the one we are going to be bringing information about health, fitness, healing, wholistic living and more.
