The One

The One

The one reflects that there is one spirit, one force and one essence that connects us all.  The one is our absolute knowledge and our absolute self.  The one is the dimension of reality where we strive to be.  The one is the source that inspires us to create, to live and to be the best we can be.

The Oneness of Healing

To heal completely and absolutely requires a system that is wholistic.  The whole has to be incorporated in order to achieve complete healing.  in order to be One we must deal with all of our parts, starting with the root of the problem. 

All life has a root.  The root is our core, this is where we come from.  This is our source.  As our source is the ONE, this is our connection and commonality.  To maintain our life we must stay connected and stay aligned with our purpose.  Our purpose is to be ONE.  We are to perform, do, act, think in the same manner as our creator.

Anything that possesses energy has life.  All life has been created.  The creation of life is perfect.  When we are connected to the ONE we strive to achieve oneness and perfection.

In order to stay connected we have something to do.  Staying aligned means staying united.  We must consciously remain as part of the ONE.  What we have to do is to take care of our creator's house.  That is to say we must take care of the one body we have been given.  We must eat, drink and think right.  We have to exercise, get rest, breathe and eliminate on a daily basis.  We also have to pray and play.

Prayer

Praying and meditating are forms of thanksgiving and appreciation we must incorporate into our daily lives.  Thank the Creator for your life and all that has been done for you.  Contemplate on what you can do every day to bring you closer to the Creator.

Think

Being positive at all times is what brings us closer to the ONE.

Eat and Drink

In order for us to achieve optimal nutrition we must eat and drink those things that will give us life.  Whole foods.  Sprouts, fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds in their whole, unadulterated forms.  That is to say without processing.  Providing our body with at least 4 liters (one gallon) of water is necessary to function optimally.

Exercise

Mentally we need to study positive, wholistic subjects.  Physically we need to move our bodies three to four times a week for at least forty five minutes.

Play

Enjoy yourself daily.  Take a walk, play a game or just listen to some positive music.

Rest

Every day take some time to relax from all the daily rigors.  Calm your mind and just be.

Eliminate

For every full meal that is eaten there should be a complete elimination.

 

Incorporating all of these things may seem challenging.  Sometimes we need help when we are lacking in an area.  When we are less than perfect we sometimes need intervention to provide us with the means of regenerating.

Original healing makes use of wholistic techniques that incorporate the whole body and is not just aimed at the symptoms.  This can be done through the use of energy, herbs, massage, kinesiology, aromatherapy, reflexology or any combination of the above.  These techniques work with your body to bring you back to a state of oneness and thereby united with the ONE.
